Hello everyone!
Today is the final post of the
subject "English IV" and I will talk about the English language
challenges.
My experience of English at the
university begins when I went to enrol the first year. I had to take an
English test to see what level I would be at, but I didn't know this and I gave
the test not consciously. Finally, I stayed in English 2 so I started the
English course in the second semester of the first year.
I had English 2 and 3 with the
teacher Victor Rubio, a very good teacher, with dynamic classes and the famous
blogs, with him I learned a lot. And in English 4 I am here writing this blog,
with Professor Daniel Estrada, a good teacher, who likes to teach but is above
all is a good person.
During my stay at the
university I have managed to learn more English and improve what I already
knew. As for the blogs, they helped me a lot in writing in English, starting
with mails written on a sheet of paper, and then on a computer in the computer
room.
However, there are things that
still cost me, especially the exercises of listening and speaking English
fluently. I try to improve this by watching videos on the Internet,
improving pronunciation and understanding what people say in it.
Outside of English class I use
English to watch series and movies, as I prefer to watch them in their original
language (with subtitles obviously) and usually the series I see are American.
I hope English has served you as well as me, classmates:)
